These cover using this website and buying The Website Review from Brand Traction Marketing, a sole proprietorship operated by Benjamin Todd in Littleton, Colorado.
Using this site
You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and download the free guide. Please do not copy the site's text, images or design for your own commercial use without asking. Asking is usually enough.
The Website Review: what you are buying
For $149 you get a recorded video walkthrough of your homepage and one other page you choose, with the specific changes I would make and the order I would make them in.
Delivery
Within five business days of your purchase and your answers at checkout, whichever comes later. If I am going to miss that, I will tell you before the deadline rather than after.
Scope
Two pages. If your site is small, the review will be shorter, because you are paying for the changes I would make rather than for a length of video.
It is yours
Keep it, share it, send it to whoever builds your site, act on it or ignore it. I place no restriction on what you do with it.
What it is not
It is an opinion from someone who builds websites for a living. It is not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, leads or revenue, and nobody honest could promise those.
Refunds
If I watch your site and cannot find anything useful to tell you, I will refund you in full.
Beyond that, because the work is done before you receive it, the fee is not generally refundable once the review has been delivered. If something has gone wrong, email me and we will sort it out.
The credit toward a project
If you engage me for a project within 30 days of receiving your review, the $149 comes off the project price. The 30 days runs from the day your review is delivered. It applies once, to one project.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
Liability
I will do this work carefully and professionally. But to the extent the law allows, Brand Traction Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the review or from the use of this site, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Governing law
Colorado, United States.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you buy.
