Brand Traction Marketing is a sole proprietorship operated by Benjamin Todd in Littleton, Colorado. This explains what information this site collects, who it goes to, and how to get it removed.
What I collect, and when
If you download the free guide, I collect your name and email address. That is it.
If you buy a Website Review, the checkout collects your name, email address, payment details, your website URL, which second page you would like reviewed, and whatever you tell me is bothering you about it. Payment details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by me.
If you book a call, you provide your name, email address and whatever you write in the booking form.
If you simply visit, the site records ordinary analytics: pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used. The web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
Who else receives it
I use a small number of services to run this business. Each receives only what it needs.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for advertising. No other person or company receives it.
How long I keep it
Email subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
Records relating to a purchase are kept as long as I need them for tax and accounting purposes.
Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule.
What you can ask me to do
Email [email protected] and ask me to:
- tell you what information I hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete you entirely
I will do it, and I will not ask you why.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 16 and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
